Mill Canals
Calling the below, canals might be an over statement - it might be more accurate to call them 'mill runs', given their size and the amount of water they carried. Most were probably constructed during the early Industrial era (1800-1850). The first four were in the village area, and next two in the Silver Street area, & the last one (at this time) is pure speculation, based on on physical evidence & not documentation.
